At Oh My Chai, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Returns

We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase, provided they meet the following conditions:

The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or receipt, is required.

Please note:

Perishable goods (e.g., tea and coffee blends): Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened or used consumable products unless they are defective or damaged.

Products purchased on sale or as part of a promotional offer are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your product. Oh My Chai is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

To initiate a return, please contact us at ohmychaius@gmail.com with the following information:

1. Order number.

2. Details of the product(s) you wish to return.

3. Reason for the return.

Once we receive your request, we will provide detailed instructions for completing your return.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued once the returned product is received and inspected to ensure it meets the conditions outlined above.

If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Non-refundable items:

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing ohmychaius@gmail.com with the following:

Your order number.

A description of the issue.

Photos of the damaged product and packaging.

We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.
