KADAK Chai Recipe

Serving: 16 oz Cup   (Standard Cups are 8oz)

Time: 10 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • Water - 10 oz
  • Tea Mix - 2 Tsp of Oh My Chai blend (Adjust to your mood! Need a boost? Add more for extra Kadak. Prefer it lighter? Use less and simply enjoy.)
  • Milk - 8 oz (Evaporated Milk preferred, but you can use any milk including powdered creamers like Nestle Everyday)
  • Sugar - 1 Tbs (Optional)

Directions:

  1. Bring water to a boil.
  2. Add the tea, keep stirring, and let it boil for a minute.
  3. Add milk and sugar (if using sugar).
  4. Keep stirring until the chai comes to a full boil.
  5. Reduce the heat and let it simmer on low heat for a few minutes. The longer it simmers, the stronger and more "Kadak" the chai will be.
  6. Strain and pour into your favorite cup. Enjoy!
