KADAK Chai Recipe
Serving: 16 oz Cup (Standard Cups are 8oz)
Time: 10 Minutes
Ingredients:
- Water - 10 oz
- Tea Mix - 2 Tsp of Oh My Chai blend (Adjust to your mood! Need a boost? Add more for extra Kadak. Prefer it lighter? Use less and simply enjoy.)
- Milk - 8 oz (Evaporated Milk preferred, but you can use any milk including powdered creamers like Nestle Everyday)
- Sugar - 1 Tbs (Optional)
Directions:
- Bring water to a boil.
- Add the tea, keep stirring, and let it boil for a minute.
- Add milk and sugar (if using sugar).
- Keep stirring until the chai comes to a full boil.
- Reduce the heat and let it simmer on low heat for a few minutes. The longer it simmers, the stronger and more "Kadak" the chai will be.
- Strain and pour into your favorite cup. Enjoy!
